Due to the 24-hour rotating strikes by Canada Post as part of their labour dispute (which started on October 22nd), customers within Canada may experience a delay in receiving their orders.
Although operations at Canada Post are now running normally again, there is still a large backlog within their system that may result in longer transit times for packages. According to Canada Post’s website, “deliveries will continue but be delayed during the peak holiday season and into January 2019. Existing backlogs are expected to worsen this week due to high volumes from Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales."
As of November 20th, I am now using USPS/Asendia to ship all orders going to destinations outside of Canada, so those packages will not be affected by Canada Post's rotating strikes.
Please be sure to check Canada Post's website for updates.
