Canada Post's Labour Disruption
Due to ongoing strike by Canada Post as part of their labour dispute (which started on November 15th), customers within Canada may experience a delay in receiving their orders.
🇨🇦 ORDERS WITHIN CANADA: During the strike, I'll be switching to another shipping company, however this service it is only available to addresses in urban/city areas. I am unfortunately unable to ship to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, or other remote areas in the country. If you place an order and I'm unable to ship to your address, I'll get in touch to let you know, and will issue you a full refund as soon as possible.
You may still select Canada Post shipping at checkout, however if you choose this option, your order will not be shipped until the strike has been resolved. Additionally, once resolved, customers should expect longer Canada Post transit times due to a potentially very large backlog of mail that accumulated during the strike.
FOR PEOPLE IN TORONTO: I'll be offering the option to do local pickup for your online order at any of my upcoming in-person markets. These dates/locations will be available to you at checkout - please take note of the specific times and addresses for each option.
🇺🇸 ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES: As of November 15th, I am now using USPS to ship all orders going to the United States, so your package will not be affected by Canada Post's strike.
Please be sure to check Canada Post's website for updates.
