    How much does shipping cost?
    For specific shipping prices, please add the item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. From here, you'll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you've selected.  

    When will my order arrive?
    All packages are shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post or USPS within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, average transit times are as follows:

    Canada: 4-10 business days
    United States: 5-10 business days

    ***Please note that Canada Post and USPS are both currently experiencing significant delays due to COVID-19, so it may take your orders longer than usual to arrive. ***
    I am currently unable to ship outside of Canada & the US for the time being due to international shipping delays caused by the pandemic. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

    Occasionally, international orders get delayed at customs, which is out of my control. I also cannot be held responsible for orders that have been sent to the wrong address due to inaccurate shipping info, so please take the time to ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address when purchasing your items.


    Will I need to pay customs/duties on my order?
    Possibly! Every country is different when it comes to charging import fees, so it's best to do your research and know what to expect in order to avoid any surprises when receiving your package. 

    I live in Toronto! Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
    Unfortunately I don’t have a public studio space at this time, so it’s not possible to pick up your order. If you’re urgently in need of some of my products, I suggest heading to one of my amazing local stockists!

    I'm having trouble checking out with Paypal Express! How can I fix it?
    Some customers have reported being unable to checkout via Paypal Express after receiving a “transaction rejected” error. This error is unfortunately out of my control, and seems to be an issue on Paypal's end, so if you're still having trouble checking out after multiple attempts, you may want to try using an alternative payment option instead of Paypal. 

    The item that I wanted isn't listed for sale anymore. Will it be coming back?
    Many of my items are produced in small runs, meaning that availability is very limited, and once they're gone, they're likely gone for good. However, if there's enough demand for an item, I may consider bringing it back at some point. The best place to watch for product updates is on my Instagram account.

    Can you make a custom item for me?
    Thanks so much for your interest in getting something custom-made by me! However, unfortunately, I'm unable to take on any custom orders at this time.


    Do you sell wholesale to shops?
    Thanks so much for your interest in wholesale! Please send me a message with some basic info about your shop, such as the physical address of your storefront, as well as any social media accounts you might have, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    Do you have any seconds pins for sale?
    Currently, my seconds pins are only available to be purchased through one of my sales, which occur 2-3 times per year. You can view some additional info about my different pin grades here.

    What's your refund policy?
    If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me using this email form within 14 days of delivery. For returns/exchanges: The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs, and all return shipments require a tracking number. If the item is not returned to me in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Once the return is received by me, it will be processed within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer refunds for any shipping fees. Please note that all seconds sale and surprise bag items are final sale.
